Chinotto is the delicious Italian alternative to Coca-Cola. It is made from the juice from the fruit of the myrtle-leaved orange tree, citrus myrtifolia. It's not very common in New Zealand, and reasonably expensive when I do find it, but often I just splash out for it anyway. Perfect on a hot summer's day.
